"I just wanted to send you a letter and let you know how pleased me and my wife are with your service. We have had other sitters before that left doors unlocked, neglected the dogs to the point that they had lost weight, and left several pet messes to clean up. When we decided to give your service a try, we were hoping to find someone who we could count on for all the travelling we do, but didn't know what to expect. It was obvious when we got home from our trip that our sitter had taken good care of both our dogs, and had been meticulous about brushing them, letting them out on time, and giving them plenty of exercise. We just wanted to say thank you, and let you know that we're sticking with you from here on out.
